Izzy joined AHDB in October 2022 as a Trainee Analyst, and moved to the Livestock team as an analyst in April 2023 where her work focuses on the red meat sectors, specifically the domestic and international lamb markets.
Izzy holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations and an MSc in Food Policy.
