GB household pork purchases

This dashboard is designed to provide a dynamic overview of the latest retail market data for the pork sector. It breaks down spend, volume sales as well as average prices by product and allows you to see these changes over time.

Processed pork includes bacon, gammon, burgers & grills, sausages and sliced cooked meats.

Total pork includes primary pork, processed pork, plus marinades, ready-to-cook, sous vide, chilled main meal accompaniments, ready meals and other pork products.

Content is updated every four weeks.

For data from 13 July 2025, Worldpanel by Numerator UK have enhanced their grocery panel by taking the first steps towards an expanded panel via a mixed methodology sample.

To ensure consistency in trended data, this enhancement has been applied to the last five years of data meaning past data may have changed slightly. Please contact the team if you have any questions
