Organic materials value calculator

Based upon AHDB nutrient management guide (RB209) and fertiliser price data, this tool can help you account for the nutrient value (nitrogen, potash and phosphate) from biosolids, manure, slurry, digestate and compost in specific situations.

Important notes

The calculator shows equivalent organic material values (compared to artificial fertiliser values) based on nutrients available to the first crop. In practice, the actual value will depend on nutrient uptake and may be less than indicated by the calculator.
The calculator is not a nutrient planning tool. Ensure that all applications correspond with your Nutrient Management Plan.
