Ella joined AHDB in October 2023 as a Trainee Analyst before moving into the livestock market specialist team as a red meat analyst. Her work focuses on providing insight for levy payers and stakeholders on current market behaviours such as production, trade, pricing and consumer demand.


Ella grew up on her family’s beef farm, where her interest in agriculture first developed. After completing her degree in Agri-Business at Harper Adams University, she spent time working on a large-scale dairy farm in New Zealand.
