Heather Wildman, Saviour Associates
Heather Wildman is a Cumbrian lass born and bred, today living and working in SW Scotland, who uses her passion and enthusiasm to influence and motivate change, specialising in staff management and motivation, succession, leadership coaching and group facilitation. Heather set up Saviour Associates Ltd. in 2014, recognising a demand and need for these services.
Heather’s CV demonstrates a sound history spent working within the agricultural and rural sectors for over 27 years, both in the UK and overseas.
In 2012, Heather completed a Nuffield Farming Scholarship where she studied ‘Communication, influencing and motivating change’. It was from this learning experience that she recognised a growing demand and respect for soft skills, being able to listen, and helping to draw out improved routes and methods of communication and motivation within work and personal environments.
Tess Howe, Senior Skills Development Manager
Tess has over 20 years’ experience within the industry. For the past 11 years she has been developing people and leadership skills initially with BPEX and subsequently AHDB. Tess manages the AHDB skills programme and represents the industry on the Skills Leadership Group for agriculture.
