The health market is constantly evolving, which is unsurprising due to media attention on the topic. This webinar explores the reality of how important health is to people when planning meals and how this is impacted by consumer confidence. The meaning of health differs by individuals and the market has seen a shift towards diets that restrict certain food groups or products. Gaining most media attention is the plant based diet.
