How to choose the right KPIs for your sheep enterprise

Join us to learn about the key findings from a recent AHDB-funded PhD that investigated which key performance indicators can have the biggest impact on sheep farms.

This webinar is aimed at sheep farmers who would like to start using KPIs to monitor their performance and those who want to refine the data they collect.

With an abundance of KPIs available, it can be difficult to know how many to use to add value to your business. The research assessed livestock KPIs and ranked them according to their economic value, demonstrating a substantial financial benefit from choosing a careful selection of a maximum of four.

We will also explore the options available to help you prepare your business for the future, including a demonstration of the KPI Express Tool, a great starting point to quickly see how well you’re doing against our simple set of key performance indicators.
