Your business plan is your compass. It will help you map out a new course, and navigate through possible unchartered territory. Whether you're just starting out in farming or an established agriculture and horticulture business, these workshops are designed for you.

A good business plan is a must for any farm business: it provides a clear strategy and objectives, and helps everyone involved in the operation to stay productive and focused.

Join AHDB and ADAS for a practical session which will include training from an experienced advisor, as well as breakout sessions that will focus on the development of your plan.

The workshop will demonstrate:

• Core components of a business plan
• Where to obtain the details required to complete a business plan
• The definitions of business plan terminology
• Financial aspects of the business plan
• Tools available on AHDB website

Who should attend?

This event is open for all levy payers; business owners, managers and upcoming managers looking to increase their business skill set and develop a practical tool that can be used to identify and increase productivity.

The meeting is funded by AHDB and open to all farmers and growers, but registration is required for catering purposes, there are only 25 places. CPD points will be available on the day.
