Pig Industry Scholarship Programme: Talent recruitment made easy

Join AHDB Pork for a live discussion featuring Hugh Crabtree, the Pig Industry Scholarship Programmes (PISP) chairman and Doris Taylor from The Development Trust at Harper Adams University. They will be joined by representatives from former PISP participating companies, Rattlerow and ForFarmers.

 In 2012, the NPA and AHDB formed a programme with Harper Adams University to help resolve the ongoing challenge of recruitment in the pig industry. The aim being to provide a diverse range of exciting scholarship opportunities to Harper students, enticing new talent into the industry and retaining it.

 We’ll be providing a rounded view of what the programme entails for interested businesses and highlighting how the scheme benefits both the company hosting a student and the pig industry overall.
