AgriGrow – communication

This course is designed to help those looking to develop leadership abilities and move into management roles

The course is an A-Level equivalent programme (Level 3), using ILM as the awarding body.

Please note that you must be able to attend both training dates: Monday 6 January 2025 and Monday 3 February 2025.

Module 1: Understanding the communication process in the workplace

This Level 3 module is for anyone wanting to improve their communication skills on the farm, or for those wishing to upskill.

• Understand the nature and importance of the communication process in the workplace
• Discover the different methods of communication
• Learn how to assess the effectiveness of your own communication

The cost of this course is £350+VAT, which is a subsidised rate for levy payers and covers both sessions.
