Join us for a farm walk with Roger Wilson as we conclude the Monitor Farm programme at Lower Odd Farm.

We look forward to welcoming you back on-farm to review what changes have been made over the three years to progress the business and how this is influencing future strategy.

During this farm walk we will be discussing:

  • Three-year review of meetings – conclusions, changes and learning points
  • Roger Wilson’s reflections
  • 2021 crop agronomy, fungicide and fertiliser strategies, review of crop performance
  • 2021 Farm trials
  • Review of satellite imagery work in 2020 including what the analysis showed, how it can interact with crop management and the cost benefits
  • Farmbench - knowledge of detailed costs of production to highlight areas for improvement and to facilitate marketing strategy to achieve profits.
  • AHDB update on the test tools and resources available to levy payers as well as review of research projects

The session will be an opportunity to discuss current topics and activity at your local Monitor Farm.
