Emma joined the Retail & Consumer Insight team in 2024. Emma’s role focusses on understanding shopper and consumer trends for both retail and food service markets, bringing the insights to life for levy payers through articles and presentations.


Prior to joining AHDB Emma worked on consumer insights for global Tea and Ice-cream brands and is qualified with a BSc in Food Science together with a post-graduate diploma in Psychology.
