Trading under Covid-19

Meat exporters in the UK will have the opportunity to learn about new ways of working as a result of Covid-19 during the latest in a series of AHDB export webinars.

The Trading under Covid-19 event will highlight some of the key changes adopted within market access measures during the pandemic.

The webinar features Ouafa Doxon from AHDB’s global supply chain who will provide an overview of some of the global market access measures adopted as a result of Covid-19.

A speaker from APHA will also give an overview on the adjustment adopted regarding export health certificate in response to Covid-19.

They will be joined by a representative from Defra, who will present work undertaken by Defra to prepare for the China Covid-19 remote audit.

This will be followed by a presentation from Cristian Nistor from the Food Standards Agency who will look at how they have adapted to the pandemic by carrying out remote and semi-remote audits.
