Herefordshire: Michael Blanche – Time and time again

Join us for a Hereford Monitor Farm meeting with hosts from Cereals & Oilseeds, Beef & Lamb and Dairy.

Michael Blanche of The Pasture Pod is bringing his series “It’s About Time” to Herefordshire to discuss everything from prioritising and delegating to time management and strategic planning.

He’ll venture into his learnings from his conversations around time with some of the top producers in the country and the importance of the 4P's: perception, purpose, patterns and priority in a morning workshop.

After lunch, we’ll go to a panel of local AHDB Monitor Farms, interviewed by Michael, sharing their experiences with time management and planning; what they do well and where they know they need to improve.

Anybody who has come across Michael before knows it’s sure to be entertaining, but more importantly, it will leave you with some ideas of how other farmers from various sectors manage their time to be more effective and enjoy both life and farming.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. 

BASIS, NRoSO and Dairy Pro points will be available for attending.
