Join AHDB, the National Sheep Association, Carr's Billington and Elanco for a collaborative event where we'll share information on anthelmintic resistance and keeping your stock healthy with Ben Strugnell of Farm Post Mortems.

Roxanne Winstanley, a key account manager at Elanco, will discuss testing for worm burden and subsequent drug rotation for the types of worm present on your farm, as well as the time of year and cycle the worm burden is in.

Ben Strugnell, who is based in the northeast and has performed approximately 10,000 post-mortems, will guide us through several post-mortems to identify organs throughout the body and the cause of death.

He will talk about how this could have been alleviated and the devastation that worm infestation can cause to an animal or flock if left undetected.

Ben will also link the post-mortems to the topic of worms, demonstrating how worms travel and manifest in sheep, and provide tips on how to minimise this risk.

We look forward to welcoming you to this informative evening and sharing the knowledge that these speakers have amassed over the time they have been in the industry.
