Proposed changes to AHDB leadership structure confirmed

Following a review of our leadership team structure and a subsequent consultation process, we have confirmed that three director roles will be made redundant by the end of the year.

These are the Centre of Excellence Director, Market Development and Communications Director and Farming Systems Director. 

The changes are designed to create a simpler leadership structure, with clearer accountability and closer alignment between decision-making, specialist expertise and the priorities of our sectors and levy payers.

This is a targeted change to AHDB's leadership arrangements rather than a wider reorganisation.

Our purpose, strategy and services remain unchanged. The organisation continues to focus on delivering value from every levy pound invested and supporting British agriculture through the opportunities and challenges facing the industry.

The colleagues affected will remain with AHDB over the coming months to support a smooth transition and effective handover of responsibilities.
