Step onto one of the UK’s top-performing dairy farms and see first-hand what’s driving exceptional results.

Join us and British Dairying to learn from Hook Farm Partnership, winners of the High Performance and Fertility Awards, how they deliver high yields, excellent fertility and strong margins through a clear, data-led approach.

You’ll walk the farm with the Woolford family and their team, exploring how they manage a 280-cow closed herd to maximise performance from every animal. From breeding decisions and genomic testing to herd health planning and staff engagement, you’ll gain practical insight into what works and why.

What you’ll take away:

  • How youngstock and heifer management underpins future herd performance and fertility
  • How to use data and KPIs to drive better fertility and herd performance
  • Practical ways to improve efficiency and output from existing resources
  • Approaches to breeding, replacement and genetic progress
  • How strong team involvement underpins consistent results
  • Ideas to improve herd health while keeping costs under control

The day starts with a panel session followed by a guided farm walk, themed stops with expert speakers, farmer-led discussion and Q&A to help you reflect on what you’ve seen and how to apply it at home.
