Work smart not hard virtual workshop

Join us for an interactive workshop focusing on how the principles and tools of Lean management can help you and your team to work smarter, not harder on your farm.  

Using real life examples from farms we will be discussing how you can identify different types of waste within your business, standardise those routine jobs such as milking and feeding calves and how some simple visual displays could help with communication and efficiency.

We will be joined by Dr George Fisher, an independent consultant, who will provide some easy tips and advice as well as answering your questions. 

If you own or manage a dairy herd and want to learn more about applying practical lean management techniques to your business, then this is the workshop for you.
