Penrith Monitor Farm Summer Farm Walk

You are invited to join us on a farm tour at Penrith Monitor Farm.

We look forward to welcoming you on-farm for a look at the cropping for harvest 2023. There will be stimulating discussions around the season so far and some big topics including soil, rotations, carbon, costs and biostimulants.

This meeting is free to attend, but please register using the 'Book Now' button so that we can organise catering.

BASIS and NRoSO points will be available for attending.

What will this meeting cover?

During the farm tour, we will be looking at the current crops as well as discussing:

• Soil health – what does healthy soil look like?
• Planning a profitable rotation
• L-CBF Boost tryout – what is the impact on the crop or soil?
• Farming with the environment and future schemes

You can either join the 3:30pm – 6:00pm or the 5:00pm – 7:30pm session, there will be a drop-down option on the booking page for both sessions.

Both sessions include supper.

Please bring suitable footwear and clothing for a field walk.
