Michael will take us through his 'Time after Time' session to help you open your mind to challenges that will be humorous, serious and, at times, very personal to everyone in the room.

It will be a journey you will remember for a very long time and something you will want to talk about with family, neighbours and friends alike.

After lunch, we will explore what succession planning looks like, what to expect from a legal and financial perspective, and the questions to be asking in your business.

We'll unpick some of the acronyms and phrases regularly used in succession planning, for example, partnership agreements, wills and LPAs, which are important to understand so that you can protect your business going forward.

We'll also look at what conversations can help with the management of transitioning and protecting the businesses for future generations.

There will be also be plenty of time for questions to the speakers.
