AHDB, Brownlow & Park Issa Vets present: What do consumers want from red meat and dairy? How can we influence how and what they buy?

This evening meeting in partnership with Brownlow & Park Issa Vets will give insight into what consumers are thinking today and how this is impacting AHDB marketing and how products are sold. Also hear about how AHDB are fighting misinformation.

Grace Randall, AHDBs Consumer Insight Manager will be delivering current consumer trends and how this influences how products are selling on the shelf and in turn, the best way that AHDB marketing can influence consumer decisions. The AHDB’s Eat Balanced marketing campaign first launched over a year ago and uses this information which has created great results. Grace will tell us how the marketing team uses the information, what the marketing campaign has looked like, the impact it’s had and future campaigns.

AHDB’s Knowledge Exchange Managers Emily Collins (Dairy) and Emma Steele (Beef and Lamb) will be facilitating the meeting and available to talk about how you can be using AHDB tools on your own farms and how we are supporting the industry.
