We invite you to our next Women in Dairy meeting which will focus on calf signals. It will be a practical session in the calf shed and will look at the key features of calf rearing to produce the next generation of profitable cows. The meeting will cover:

Targets  Setting the right targets for your system

-       Measuring  and keeping track of performance

Housing  How calves interact with their environment

-       Assessing the impact of housing on calf health

-       Practical tips for improving calf housing         

The Calf  What impacts calf health and resilience

-       Practical tips for producing resilient calves
