2021: the year for great grazing with AYR calving herds

Grazed grass is the cheapest form of feed and offers a huge opportunity to increase profits. You’ll hear from Piers Badnell (LIC Grazing Consultant), Keith Davis (Gloucestershire), Robert Mallett (Wiltshire) and Ben Stroud (Leicestershire), on what has helped their success when grazing all year round calving herds. You’ll get top tips you can apply to grow more, graze more and earn more.  

This session will provide you with practical farming experience and lessons learned whilst managing grazing via short presentations and a Q&A session.

• Infrastructure set up
• Managing and allocating grazing grass
• Managing people and a grazing plan
