The ballot will run between 17 February and 17 March.

How can I cast my vote?

  • UK Engage, the independent company that has been appointed to run the ballot to ensure due diligence has confirmed that levy payers can cast their vote by post or online
  • Details on how to cast your vote have been communicated by post, newsletters and the 'what do I get for my levy?' brochure

What do I do if I haven't received my voting papers?

  • UK Engage is the independent ballot services provider who is running the ballot and counting all the votes. You can find out more about them at
  • UK Engage issued voting papers to levy payer businesses in the week commencing 15 February 2021
  • Business owners of all levy paying businesses should have received a pack through the post that provides the detail on how to cast a vote
