Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust
The Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust awards life-changing scholarships that enable successful applicants to broaden their horizons through study and international travel.
Through the scholarship programme, Nuffield Farming scholars travel all around the world to broaden their perspectives, learn from global counterparts and share innovative ideas upon their return. Many industry leaders and influential figures are, indeed, alumni of the Nuffield scholarship programme.
Each year, Nuffield Farming Scholarships are awarded to approximately 20 individuals working in farming, horticulture, forestry or any other countryside and ancillary industry, or who are in a position to influence those who do.

AHDB and Nuffield Farming
We have sponsored Nuffield Farming scholars for more than 10 years and in 2021 it became an integral part of our AgriLeader programme.
Our close relationship with Nuffield Farming has helped us to identify and sponsor scholars who are closely aligned with AHDB's overarching objectives.
AHDB was the lead sponsor of the annual Nuffield conference between 2023–2025.
