Milling Wheat Conference

The AHDB Milling Wheat Conference, in partnership with UK Flour Millers and ADAS, recognises innovation and excellence in milling wheat production and brings together the supply chain to ensure quality throughout production, from variety to loaf.

The event is targeted at growers, breeders, agronomists, millers and merchants.

The conference covers the technical aspects of growing milling wheat, and the latest market and policy information. It also features perspectives from hauliers, millers and bakers.

The conference also includes the presentation of the YEN Wheat Quality Award, sponsored by UK Flour Millers, and a panel discussion with the winners.

The awards promote excellence and innovation in milling wheat production.
