Calves have an ideal temperature range, known as a thermal comfort zone, and don’t like extremes of heat or cold, so find out what to do when the weather changes and creates the wrong climate.

In cold weather, calves use more energy to keep warm. You can help keep calves warm by looking at how you manage housing and feed and water, as well as looking at the use of calf jackets.
