Wisbech Monitor Farm: Lean management in practice

Join us for the next Wisbech Monitor Farm meeting with hosts Andrew and Sam Melton.

We look forward to welcoming you to catch up on what has been happening at the Monitor Farm since we last met and discuss the use of lean management.

Andrew and Sam, our hosts, will be joined by David Crowfoot, Fedden USP Ltd, to discuss the principles of lean management and describe how they were applied in a recent review on Diss Monitor Farm.

This meeting will cover

• The activities on farm that add the most value
• Minimising ‘waste’ – what does efficiency look like?
• Saving time – what is it worth to you?

Registration and refreshments will be available from 8:30am, with presentations commencing at 9:00am.

The event is free to attend, but please register to allow us to cater accordingly and advise us of any special dietary requirements.
