Strategic Farm launch event - Northumberland

Join us at our launch event, hosted by Steven Lawson, one of our five new Strategic Farmers. The 2019 Strategic Farms Programme will focus mainly on sheep enterprises, however there is also a pedigree suckler enterprise at South Farm.

The event will be a chance to find out about the current system in place at South Farm including technical and business performance. We will also hear about what the family intends to change or improve, with the help of AHDB, throughout their two year involvement with the Strategic Farm Programme.

There will be three events located at South Farm in each year of the two year programme. To support this AHDB will be running a local discussion group for beef and sheep farmers. Discussion groups are a great way to exchange ideas and learn from likeminded farmers. This event will be an opportunity to find out more about how you can get involved.
