Salisbury Monitor Farm Meeting – how to establish successful Succession Planning

With some lending institutions requiring Succession Plans to be in place it makes sense to get your ‘house in order’. Please join Ben Jeans and speaker Becky Miles, Family Succession Planning Facilitator from ‘Real Success’ to discuss the critical business area of succession planning. We will discuss the key elements to help succession planning run more smoothly. This meeting will work best if you bring mum, dad, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives, partner and children to the meeting – in fact the entire family, all are welcome!  

On the agenda:  

• What is a Succession Plan and why it is needed 
• Where to find help and support 
• How to get the conversation started 
• Why you might get push back and how to address this 
• Why clarity is vital to all involved 
• Agreeing a plan with achievable timelines  
• Using the change cycle to monitor progress 
• Next steps – actions and timescales 

Registration and refreshments will be available from 10:15 with presentations commencing at 10:30 and a light lunch will be provided after. 

BASIS and NRoSO points will be available for attending.
