Salisbury Monitor Farm – Get the future right as well as bright

With some lending institutions requiring Succession Plans to be in place, it makes sense to get your ‘house in order’.

Please join Ben Jeans and speaker Becky Miles, Family Succession Planning Facilitator from ‘Real Success’, along with Willem Puddy from Old Mill to discuss the critical business area of succession planning and related farm finances.

We will discuss the key elements to help succession planning run more smoothly and plan ahead for potential political and resultant regulatory change. This meeting will work best if you bring mum, dad, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives, partners and children – in fact, the entire family is welcome!

• What a succession plan is, and why it is needed 
• Where to find help and support 
• How to get the conversation started 
• Why you might get pushback and how to address this 
• Why clarity is vital to all involved 
• Core financials – SFI, Taxation, IHT 
• Related political environment 

Registration and refreshments will be available from 10:30am, with presentations commencing at 11:00 am, and a light lunch will be provided after.
