Unlock your business’s full potential by taking a step back from the day-to-day to focus on your future.

We understand that farming is changing and you want to know the best way to move your business forward.

This workshop will incorporate the world-renowned Ranching for Profit course and provide you with the necessary knowledge, tools and skills to identify your business aims and plan your future goals.

During the workshop, we will help you:

  • Identify areas of concern to address
  • Improve communication at home and in your business
  • Establish clear goals and a shared vision for you, your family and your business
  • Understand your farm accounts
  • Apply three secrets for increasing profit to your farm
  • Develop a clear plan to help you achieve your goals

We understand that the reason for farming is different for everyone and it is not always linked to how much profit you make. Importantly, the course will also incorporate the environmental and social aspects of farming systems.

Speaking about last year's event, Ed Bray, farmer and previous attendee, said:

"I saw it as a real investment in myself personally and in the business. It gave me a fresh perspective and I came home with lots of new ideas and skills.”

Booking details

To ensure you get the most from the course, it is essential that you commit to spending four full days away from your farm – we encourage you to see this time away as an investment in your future.

The cost for the workshop is £675+VAT, this includes all training materials, meals, accommodation and refreshments for the duration of the workshop.

If you would like to book two places from the same business, you can receive a 5% discount by using the discount code MULTI5.

Please be aware that there are limited spaces and we are operating a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation less than 28 working days prior to the course start date will not be offered a refund.
