Practical food skills and recipes masterclass – sausage making
Join Debbie, a pig farmer with over 30 years’ experience within industry, as she demonstrates how to make the perfect sausage. Debbie will show the process of preparing and making sausages, the different cuts of pork and flavours used and the variety of dishes that can be made in the classroom. Debbie will also discuss regional varieties and types of sausages in the UK.
This masterclass will be useful for trainee, new and more experienced secondary teachers across the UK.
