The challenge of sourcing and retaining staff is very real in the current climate across all sectors. Employers and managers can reduce the staff churn by applying some simple but effective tools in their people management and recruitment process. 

Emma will explore why employees leave a position (the real reason) and what managers and employers can put in place to increase staff engagement and reduce the labour churn.
