As Carse Hall Farm enters its final year of our Monitor Farm programme, it will be fitting to discuss the topic of future vision planning and succession.

Alistair will be asking himself and the audience the following questions:

  • Where are you now?
  • Where do you want to be?
  • How and when are you going to get there?

Farms need to have clear goals and direction to achieve sustainable success, but what does it take to get to this point?

How do you bring your family and staff along on this journey and keep sight of the vision through the day-to-day of being on the farm?

We will also look at how to address the difficult questions we often shy away from. Heather Wildman, an industry, if not, world-renowned expert in this area will be facilitating this transformative workshop, so buckle up and get ready to delve into the world of soft skills with a sledgehammer!

The event is free to attend, but please book a place so we can make sure you get fed.

BASIS and NRoSO points available.
