Lean management workshop: North Yorkshire

Join us in North Yorkshire, for an engaging and practical session focused on lean management led by consultant Neil Fedden of Fedden USP.

The day will be split into two interactive elements.

In the morning, attendees will take part in a hands-on business simulation workshop to explore the core principles of lean management and how they apply in practice.

In the afternoon, we'll head out on farm for a guided 'waste walk', applying lean thinking in a real-world setting. Working through a specific farm operation, the group will identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement with their newly acquired skills, with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and delivering better value to the farm business.

By the end of the workshop, attendees will be equipped with their own lean improvement plan and the necessary skills to strengthen their own farm business efficiencies.

Attendance is limited to 20 and lunch will be provided.
