You are invited to join us for the Hereford Monitor Farm Meeting.

We look forward to welcoming you to catch up on what has been happening at the Monitor Farm since we last met as well as discussing how farmers can build resilience and sustainability in times of market volatility.

As commodity prices rise at alarming rates, our ability to be agile is a must! So come along and learn some tips and tricks of spotting trends and being ahead of the curve! We will explore how watching the markets can help, inputs, whole farm business resilience and so much more

One of our monitor farmers will work with Jeremy Higgs at ODA UK Ltd during the meeting to create a grain marketing action plan to sell for better returns. This will be a practical guide to getting the best out of your commodity.

The second half of the meeting will be discussing the mentality behind your decisions across your business, with Becky Miles from REAL success.

We will cover:

  • How you approach risk across your business
  • How you react to risk
  • What your style says about your management
  • Can you change your mentality?
  • Are certain people better equipped for different roles?

Registration and lunch will be available from 1pm with presentations commencing at 1.30pm.

BASIS and NRoSO points will be available for attending.

The event is free to attend, but please register to allow us to cater accordingly.
