Join us, in collaboration with Carr's Billington, to hear industry specialists discuss the importance of the halal market. We will examine the valuable role it plays both in the UK and in export markets around the world.

This meeting will cover

  • 8:35pm – Butchery demonstration showcasing the subtle differences in cutting techniques and how the butchery in the sector has changed over the years
