Diss Monitor Farm meeting: On farm try outs; lets look at the results and discuss

Please join Richard Ling, Diss Monitor Farmer for the first meeting of the winter season.

We will be discussing how the 2021 harvest went and the 2022 season started, as well as looking at the results from the various try outs, looking at soil nitrogen test results, biomass yield and finally grain protein analysis data with Stuart Alexander (SOYL). 

On the agenda: 

2.00pm Richard Ling with Stuart Alexander will discuss nitrogen use efficiency and break-even ratio - sharing their knowledge so you can work out yours. 

2.40pm Stuart will join with Ed Downing to share and show further data on product options and timings. 

3.00pm refreshments 

3.30pm Richard Ling will explain next years continued nitrogen trial which will include spring organic manure applications
