You are invited to join us for the next Diss Monitor Farm Meeting of the season!

We look forward to welcoming you to catch up on what has been happening at the Monitor Farm since we last met and discuss the use of lean management.

What will this meeting cover?

Richard Ling, our host, will be joined by Neil Fedden, USP Ltd, to discuss the principles of Lean Management and describe how they were applied in a recent review on Diss Monitor Farm.

• Minimising ‘waste’ – what does efficiency look like?
• Saving time – what is it worth to you?

Registration, lunch and refreshments will be available from 1:30 with presentations commencing at 1:45. The event is free to attend, but please register to allow us to cater accordingly and advise us of any special dietary requirements.
