Cumbria: CowSignals workshop - FULLY BOOKED

Join us for an interactive CowSignals workshop to learn how to make positive management and environment changes on your farm.

CowSignals is all about creating the right conditions for happy cows, farmers, planet and consumers and helps you identify simple solutions that are often free or have very little cost.

You’ll hear from farm vet Owen Atkinson who has been providing CowSignals training since 2008 and will open your eyes to new approaches and possibilities.

The workshop will cover:

• Key CowSignals principles - cow time budgets, interpreting body language
• Hands-on practical assessment of the farm and cows
• Improved personnel safetyand cattle welfare

You’ll leave with a tangible action list of improvements for your herd that can begin straightaway.
