Join us for the next Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire Monitor Farm meeting.

We look forward to welcoming you to catch up on what has been happening at the Monitor Farm since we last met.

We will also be joined by Paul Harris, founder and chief executive of REAL Success to discuss personal and business resilience.

This meeting will cover

When discussing resilience, we often refer to our business resilience against market and global pressures. But how do we build personal resilience for when the going gets tough?

In this interactive and engaging workshop, Paul Harris, CEO of REAL Success Ltd, will provide insight and practical tips on building our resilience and developing a growth mindset.

The challenges we face may be demanding, but if we create the right attitude and follow some simple rules, we can emerge stronger and fitter to lead our business more profitably, manage our staff more effectively, and maintain our health and well-being.

Paul is one of the most respected speakers and thought leaders on people management in the agriculture sector and speaks at national and international events about staff management, personal development and how to get more from your team.

He recently published a book, Happy Team, Happy Farm, and leads REAL Success Ltd – a people consultancy based in Solihull, West Midlands.

Registration and refreshments will be available from 9:30am, with presentations commencing at 9:45am. Lunch will be provided.

BASIS and NRoSO points will be available.

The event is free to attend, but please register to allow us to cater accordingly.
