Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire Monitor Farm: Summer farm walk

Join us for a summer farm walk at the Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire Monitor Farm, Dollars Grove Farm, where we will look at the cropping for harvest 2024 with stimulating discussions around the season so far.

This meeting will cover

• Farm update – the growing season and topical points
• Trials and observations – including tractor ballasting, tyre pressure effects, placement fertiliser and headland management
• Prospects for harvest 2024
• Planning for the new season and implementation of the sustainable farming incentive (SFI)

This meeting is free to attend, but please book a place so we can organise catering.

BASIS and NRoSO points will be available for attending.

Please bring suitable footwear and clothing for a field walk.
