Back to the Monitor Farm – 10 Years in Review.

2027 marks the 10th anniversary of the conclusion of Driffield Monitor Farm. Join us as we head back to Meadley Farms for a unique opportunity to revisit one of AHDB's original Monitor Farm programmes.

We’ll be exploring how the business has evolved over the past decade, reflecting on key decisions, management changes and on-farm innovations.

We'll discuss what worked, what didn't and how the farm has adapted to new challenges and opportunities.

This special event offers a rare chance to see the long-term legacy of the Monitor Farm programme in action and hear first-hand about the realities of implementing change over time.

What we'll cover

  • Learn how the farm is responding to economic change and the impact this has had on the farm's machinery policy
  • Hear how the farm has navigated policy pressures and business succession
  • Gain practical insights on learnings from historic Monitor Farm activity
  • See what improvements/changes the farm is still chasing in 2027
  • Network with farmers, advisers and others involved in the Monitor Farm community

Whether you followed the original Driffield Monitor Farm journey or are discovering it for the first time, this event provides a valuable opportunity to reflect on ten years of farming progress and consider what lessons can be applied to your own business.

This event is free to attend, but it is important that you pre-register your place.

Refreshments will be provided, and BASIS and NRoSO points will be applied for.
