Corporate strategies
AHDB publishes a three year AHDB Strategy. It includes the strategies and targets proposed by our six sector boards and also the levy rates required to deliver these plans.
The business planning process takes place over a period of six months and benefits from consultation with key stakeholders, whose comments and observations are taken into account.
The draft AHDB Strategy - Inspiring Success - covering the next three years, 2017-2020, was consulted on with industry during December 2016 and early January 2017. This new corporate strategy and sector strategies sets out where AHDB believes it can make the biggest difference in improving the competitiveness and productivity of our industry.
