In the absence of any individual milk or type records group mating assessments can be used. This works on the basis of assigning priorities to animals then grouping those with the same priorities for service with selected sires.

This proforma allows you to pick 3 or 4 priority improvement traits then assess the individual cows against these. Sires are chosen who address this priority traits.
