Tom joined the economics and analysis team in 2022 to lead the red meat market specialist team, covering Pork, Beef and Lamb.
Prior to joining AHDB, Tom spent six years working for the NFU, primarily focussing on red meat sectors and uplands policy. More recently, he was a senior policy manager for the organisation.
Tom maintains an active involvement in an upland farming business on Dartmoor and now lives in Rugby.
