Webinar: Machinery for Farming or Farming for Machinery?

In this webinar Harry asked farm business managers to step back and take a critical view of their machinery fleet and ask if it is providing the best return on investment. Harry did not focus on makes and models but on capacity to do the job and alternatives to getting the job completed, such as hire, machinery sharing and contractors. He also shared some AHDB tools and calculators that will help provide a quick answer of capacity required as well as allocating a cost against it.
