College and University Lecturers Digital Workshops 2021

As the new term starts and the UK starts to find the new norm, AHDB would like you to mark in your diaries the 2021 College and University Lecturers Digital Workshops (via Microsoft Teams) on Wednesday 27 October.

A series of digital sessions will provide an update on the width and breadth of AHDB products and services and will demonstrate how they can be used to deliver land-based curriculums at both FE and HE levels. The aim of the sessions is to provide content which will inspire the next generation of farmers and growers.

Session 2 - Facilitated panel discussion with industry leaders: 12.00pm - 1.00pm

With a focus on “Engaging the next generation to the industry’s new norm”. you will have the opportunity to present questions to the panel on how they foresee the next generation will tackle the ever-changing world. This can include topics such as the transition from BPS to ELMS, sustainability and the role of the apprenticeship, and how providing opportunity and training is paramount in feeding the nation. 

Panellists include:
