Olivia McDonagh

Olivia joined the Farmbench team in October 2024, working within the East Anglia and South East regions. Olivia’s role is to support farmers in exploring their cost of production and look to improve on farm profitability and resilience. This is achieved through direct work with farmers, as well as facilitating farmer group meetings to encourage peer support within the industry. Prior to joining AHDB, Olivia worked for LEAF within their integrated farm management team.

Having grown up on a mixed farm, Olivia has always had a keen interest in agriculture where she has now followed a career path into the industry. Graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2020, she continues to explore best practice and business resilience within the industry.
